Michael was born and raised in Marshfield, Wisconsin. After graduating from law school, Michael began his legal career as a commercial litigator with the prominent business law firm of Kohner, Mann & Kailas, S.C. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After gaining considerable experience as a creditors’ rights lawyer and litigator on Wisconsin matters, Michael managed recovery of commercial debts on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and closely held corporations throughout the United States and internationally. Michael’s experience encompasses all aspects of creditors’ rights proceedings, including documentary filings, preparation of witnesses, conducting discovery, and post-judgment enforcement. Michael now brings this substantial litigation and collections experience to Daubert Law Firm LLC and our Collection Law Department.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and dog. He is an avid Wisconsin sports fan. He also enjoys running and recently completed the Lakefront Marathon.
