The placement of collection accounts requires adherence to the following guidelines:  Daubert Law Firm, LLC's Policies and Procedures, the Rules of Professional Conduct, Wisconsin Consumer Act, when applicable, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  All collection accounts are screened for any conflict of interest and a Client Services Agreement and Contract are reviewed and signed before any account is accepted.
